Yeast Free Pizza Dough (super quick & easy)

Ingredients Base

2 cups Self Raising Flour

1 cup full fat Greek Yoghurt

Method

Pre-heat oven to 240 degrees Celsius

Place both SR Four and Yoghurt into a bowl and mix well.

Form into a dough and turn out onto a floured board.

Gently knead until soft and smooth (about 2 minutes).

Line a pizza tray with baking paper and place dough ball on top.

Using hands gently flatten out over pizza tray.

You can also place a second piece of baking paper over the top and roll with a rolling pin if you wish to make into a circular shape, remove top layer of paper if using.

Add any toppings you wish eg. tomato paste/pesto, veggies, leftovers, salami's etc, top with cheese and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes.

Pizza should be golden brown on the top and bottom when ready.
