Gluten Free Dinner Rolls
These rolls can be eaten as dinner rolls or used for sliders.
1 cup Tapioca flour
1/4-1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 egg, whisked
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the liquid ingredients.
With hands lightly dusted with tapioca flour make dough into balls, approximately 8.
Cook in oven until golden, approximately 35 minutes.
*Note, these rolls are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Best eaten on the day they are made.
