Nori Wraps
Ingredients
Fillings of choice
avocado
tofu/cooked chicken/prawns etc
carrot sticks or grated
lettuce
capsicum strips
pitted olives
pesto
Wraps:
Nori Sheets, for sushi (seaweed)
Method
Lay Nori sheet with shiny side down on the bench.
Add your choice of fillings on one side.
Tightly roll the Nori sheet around the filling using wet fingers apply water to the edge of the Nori sheet to 'glue' together.
Delicious eaten right away. However can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
*can be served with a dipping sauce of choice.
