Marinated Chicken Nibbles

500gm chicken nibbles (with bone in & skin on)

3-4 tbsp coconut aminos (gluten free soy sauce)

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp sesame oil

2 tbs sesame seeds (optional)


Place all marinade ingredients into a large snap lock bag and mix well.  Add chicken nibbles and massage marinade mix into chicken.  Leave to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until you are ready to cook them.  To cook, preheat oven to 180 degrees and place chicken in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper & sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).  Cook (approximately 20 -25 minutes) turning once until golden brown, eat and enjoy.
