1 cup Almond meal/flour
1 1/2 tbs granulated natvia, or other natural sweetener
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbspn granulated natvia for rolling
1 tsp ground cinnamon for rolling
Pre-heat oven to 180 deg Celsius.
Place eggs and natvia/sweetener in a bowl and beat together until foamy add vanilla a beat well. Place baking powder into the almond meal and mix well. Add almond meal mix into the beaten egg mix and lightly blend together. Pour batter into a six donut silicon mould and bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes. Donuts are ready when slightly browned and a skewer comes out clean when tested.
Roll in cinnamon/sugar mix while still hot and enjoy.
*I use a silicon donut mould as a find that this is the easiest way to release the donuts while they are still hot and they come out clean each time. Yeah!
