1 tbs tahini
1 tbs honey
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Adjust taste if necessary adding more of one of ingredients*.
May need to add a little water if you require a thinner dressing.
Pour over salad of your choice.
This can also be used as a sauce on fish etc.
* The first time you make this you may find the apple cider vinegar too strong, as it can take a little adjusting to by adjusting to your families taste everyone can enjoy this healthy dressing.
