Ingredients

100g Mince of choice 

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ small onion, diced

¼ cup tomato pasata

½ tsp dried chilli (or to taste)

1 massel beef stock cube

1 cup water

For serving: 1/2  Avocado, coriander + 1 tbsp olive oil, optional sour cream

Method:

Heat olive oil and add onion.  Cook until lightly browned add “mince” and all other ingredients.  Simmer approximately 15 minutes, add more water if a thinner chilli is desired.  Serve with Avocado, coriander and olive oil and sour cream if desired. Serves 1
