Thai Beef Salad


Serves 1


120g beef steak

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp chilli paste

1 tsp fresh ginger

2 tblsps gluten free soy sauce

Cos lettuce

Red onion

½ bunch fresh coriander

½ bunch fresh mint

½ punnet cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped nuts


Marinade beef with garlic, chili paste, ginger and soy sauce.

Chop all salad vegetables and place in a large bowl.

Heat a frypan or BBQ plate and cook steak to personal taste.

Remove from heat and on a board finely slice diagonally across the steak

Place on top of salad. 

Add chopped nuts.
