2-1/2 cups of mixed nuts of choice
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla paste or exract
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Honey
Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Celcius
Line a baking dish with baking paper, approx 30cm x 20cm set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Add honey and mix again until well combined
Pour into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
