1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts
1 ½ tsp flax seed meal
½ tsp salt
2 tbs water
1 ½ tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 175 deg C
Line a baking sheet with silicone mat or baking paper.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Add water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
Turn out dough onto prepared baking tray and another piece of baking paper over the top.
Use a rolling pin to roll out to a flat even rectangle approximately 3mm thick.
Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife cut into squares.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes (the outside crackers will brown first, you may wish to take them out and return uncooked cracker to oven for a few more minutes).
Cool on the baking sheet.
Store crackers in an airtight jar.
