Quick Chicken Slaw
1/2 BBQ chicken (organic, free-range)
1 cup shredded white cabbage
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
3 chopped shallots/spring onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise, homemade preferred (select mayonnaise suitable)
3 tbs black sesame seeds
In Large bowl combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots and shallots.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Serve into serving bowls and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
