Avocado Chocolate Mousse



2 ripe avocados*

1/3 cup cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)

1/2 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)

3-4 tbsp stevia granulated powder (or honey)  adjust to personal taste, this will depend on the bitterness of the cacao/cocoa powder  

 CAUTION **please add stevia slowly and taste it seems that not all stevia is created equal


De-stone avocado and squeeze flesh into a bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill in the fridge before serving.

*use only soft, ripe avocados for this recipe to get the best consistency, if they are not ripe wait until they are before making this recipe.

*** flavours can be added eg: mint, coffee, orange
