Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 can Artichokes

2 clove garlic

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Paprika to serve

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender or using a stick blender, blend together until smooth and creamy.

Scoop into a bowl and serve. 

Top with a little more olive oil and a sprinkling of paprika.

Serve with veggie batons, corn chips, crackers etc.
